Student Affairs Office employs seven staff members; a manager, an assistant manager, two automation specialists, an exchange programs officer, and two admission officers who are competent, equipped and have at least a bachelor's degree. Students are welcomed and assisted within the framework of legislation. Assistance is offered in; Admissions and enrollment; Preparation and announcements of class and exam schedules; Issuing student ID cards; Scholarships and daily student affairs; Checking enrollment to and withdrawal from classes on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar; Preparation and announcement of class and exam lists; Safeguarding and announcement of exam grade charts and exam documentation; Supply and delivery of IETT discount ID cards; Support and assistance for male students in the registration procedures for military service; Issuing transcripts, diplomas and other paperwork following graduation.

All faculties and programs, to ensure compliance with their required responsibilities, are provided with support services by the Student Affairs Office when needed.  Internal office operations and similar office tasks required by faculties and programs are undertaken in compliance with the job specifications of the Student Affairs Office staff.

The Students Affairs Office, as well as providing guidance services, also assists in providing a peaceful and a successful environment for students on and off campus. As students are a part of the university family, the Student Affairs Office staff take on the role of honorary parents in providing guidance to students’ in their private lives when needed. The Student Affairs Office, within its responsibilities, acts as a bridge between students, their families and their faculties.
