Points to take into consideration

·      Grant Payment

Grant will paid as follows:

Pre-departure 80% (as of the exact date in the application letter)

After return 20% (according to the participation certificate, flight tickets and passport stamps)

·      Academic Standing

Students are required to be successful from at least two-thirds of the determined course programme.

The students who do not attend their courses whilst aboard and who do not fulfil their responsibilities will not be paid the 20% of remaining grant.

·      Document Submission

Students should hand in the related documents within one month at the latest after arrival.

The remaining grant will not be paid in case of missing documents.

 

·      Renouncing Erasmus

The students who would like to renounce Erasmus+ mobility programme should apply to the Erasmus Office with a relevant petition.

·      Zero granted (non-granted) Students

Both granted and non-granted students are subject to same procedures.

The only difference is that students without a grant are not included in the budgetary accounts and are not paid by the university.

Erasmus mobility programme cannot be carried out more than 12 months in each academic level even if the students are zero granted.

While abroad

If there are any changes to the schedule in the programme, students should fill in the second part of the learning agreement within one month and have the document signed by the host institution and have it approved by their coordinator via e-mail.

After the programme

 

1-   Certificate of Participation

2-   Transcript

3-   Original learning agreement

4-   Copy of flight tickets/boarding pass

5-   Final report form (sent to your e-mail address)

All documents above must be submitted to the Erasmus Office.
