Dersin Amacı

(Course Objectives)

Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilere Anglo-Amerikan hukuuna uygulanabilir ilkeleri ve teorileri hakkında kapsamlı bir genel bakış sağlamaktır.

The aim of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive overview of legal principles and theories applicable to common law.

Dersin Öğrenme Çıktıları

(Course Learning Outcomes)

Bu dersin sonunda öğrenciler;

I- Anglo-Amerikan Hukukunun temel özellikleri ve ilkelerine ilişkin bilgi sahibi olur.

II—İçtihat hukuku doktrininin temel kavramlarını öğrenir.

IV- İngiltere ve Galler'de mahkeme sisteminin işleyişi hakkında fikir sahibi olur.

III- Müşterek Hukukun birincil ve ikincil kaynaklarını öğrenir, analiz eder ve değerlendirir.

By the end of this course , students will be able to;

I- Apply their knowledge of the central features of, and principles underpinning the Common Law.

II-– Know basic concepts of the doctrine of judicial precedent

IV- Have an idea about the functioing of the court system in England & Wales.

III- Find, analyse and evaluate a range of primary and secondary sources.
