(Course Description)

Denizcilik ile ilgili temel bilgiler, önemli denizcilik ve gemicilik terimleri, gemi adamları ve görevleri, gemide çalışma düzeni, gemi, yapısı ve bölümleri, gemi çeşitleri ve sınıflandırması, tonaj ve draft markaları, güverte teçhizatı ve gemi makineleri hakkında genel bilgi, seyir ve manevra kuralları, komutları, harita okuma ve mevki koyma, kılavuz alma-verme, demirleme, role talimleri, gemide suç işlenmesi, deniz kirliliği deniz kazaları gibi hukuki sorunlarda, delil olarak yararlanılabilecek VDR (Vessel Data Recorder), BNWAS (Köprüüstü Seyir Vardiya Alarm Sistemi) gibi sistemlerin tanıtımı ve çalıştırma esaslarının açıklanması.

Basic information about maritime, important maritime and shipping terms, seafarers and their duties, working order on the ship, ship, its structure and sections, ship types and classification, tonnage and draft brands, general information about deck equipment and ship machinery, navigation and maneuvering rules VDR (Vessel Data Recorder), BNWAS (Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System), which can be used as evidence in legal problems such as commands, map reading and positioning, giving guidance, anchoring, role drills, committing crimes on board, sea pollution and maritime accidents. Introduction of systems and explanation of operating principles.

Dersin Amacı

(Course Objectives)

Hukuk eğitimi almış veya almakta olan ve denizcilikle ilgili alanlarda çalışması muhtemel kişilere temel denizcilik bilgilerinin öğretilmesini amaçlamaktadır.

It aims to teach basic maritime knowledge to people who have received or are studying law and are likely to work in maritime-related fields.

Dersin Öğrenme Çıktıları

(Course Learning Outcomes)

Bu dersi başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler aşağıdaki konularda bilgi sahibi olurlar ve bu bilgileri hukukla ilgili sorunları çözmekte kullanma becerisi kazanırlar.

1. Deniz taşımacılığı çevrimini ve gemilerin genel özelliklerini, tiplerini, kullanılma amaçlarını bilmek.
2. Gemi adamları, yeterlilikleri, görevleri, çalışma düzenine hâkim olmak.
3. Denizcilik terimlerine ünsiyet sağlamak.
4. Yük işlemleri ve miktarı belirleme esaslarını öğrenmek
5. Seyir hakkında temel bilgiler, kullanılan sistemlere ilişkin temel bilgilere ve AIS, ECDIS, RADAR, VDR, BNWAS, makine veri kayıt sistemler, kameralar ve diğer hukuksal açıdan önemli cihazlar ve bölmeler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak.
6. Denizcilikle ilgili dokümanlar hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will have knowledge of the following subjects and gain the ability to use this knowledge in solving legal problems.

I. To know the maritime transport cycle and the general characteristics, types and purposes of use of ships.

II. Seafarers, their qualifications, duties, mastering the working order.

III. Familiarity with nautical terms.

IV. To learn the principles of freight operations and quantity determination

V. Basic knowledge of navigation, basic knowledge of systems used and knowledge of AIS, ECDIS, RADAR, VDR, BNWAS, machine data recording systems, cameras and other legally important devices and compartments.

VI. To have knowledge about maritime documents.
