Course Description

 

 

Course Objectives

 

The purpose of this course that provides with students necessary information for gaining legal perspective and accelerating decision-making processes during daily operations for senior and middle level managers in the logistics sector.

 

Course Learning Outcomes

 

By students who passed from ULT 312 Logistics and Shipping Legislations successfully

Students will

  1. Have knowledge about market entry in maritime, highways, railroad and airways
  2. Have knowledge about the obligations of  transportation license
  3. Have knowledge about  the rules of the each transportation license
  4. Have knowledge about  the regulations for anti-smuggling and anti-money laundering
  5. Have knowledge about  the regulations for closing logistics company
