Course Description

This course aims to provide knowledge about fundamentals and principles of Turkish law. The methodology during offering this course is mainly based upon discussing/lecturing different branches of law under classical public - private law separation.

 

Course Objectives

 

1.  Proving knowledge fundamentals/principles of Turkish law through discussing different branches of law.

2. Explaining and discussing common legal terms.

 

Course Learning Outcomes

 

At the end of this course the student will be able to

I. obtain knowledge about fundamentals/principles of Turkish law.

II. have a notion of understanding common legal terms.

III. notice and gain ability to follow up concepts of law.
