(Course Description)

 

 

Risk kavramları; risk, tehlike ve emniyet arasındaki ilişkiler, denizcilik sektöründe operasyonel riskler, nitel ve nicel risk analiz metotları. Biçimsel Emniyet Değerlendirmesi, Risk seviyesinin belirlenmesi ve kabuledilebilir riskin tanımlanması. Risk kontrol önlemleri, risk kontrol seçenekleri ve risk yönetimi. Risk algısı, deniz taşımacılığında risk değerlendirme uygulamalarının incelenmesi ve acil durum hazırlığı

Basic terms of risk; reliability, hazard, probability and distributions, (qualitative and quantitative) risk analysis techniques. Formal safety assessment, identification of risk levels and definition of acceptable risk level. Risk control measures, risk control options and risk management. Risk perception, review of risk assessment application in maritime transportation. Emergency preparedness.

  2.  Denizcilik sektöründe operasyonel riskleri tanıtmak.
  3. Denizcilikte kullanılan risk analizi ve risk değerlendirme yöntemlerinin öğretilmesi
