Course Description

This course has two major topics:

  1. Applied Accounting Techniques (Historical Development of Accounting, Accounting Processes, Accounting Databases and Reporting Techniques)
  2. Applied Financial Reporting (Balance Sheet and Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement)

 

Course Objectives

 

This course will provide a thorough introduction to applied and computed Accounting and Finance and an introduction to Applied Financial Reporting Techniques.

 

Course Learning Outcomes

 

On successful completion of this course, students will be able to

  1. understand the important elements of applied accounting.
  2. Understand and apply accounting and finance history and accounting methods.
  3. Computer based Accounting ERP and CRM can be associated with Accounting and Finance.
  4. Using Excel Financial Reporting develop.
  5. can reach the financial data of the companies traded on the stock market via https://www.kap.org.tr/ and perform financial analysis, prepare financial reports.
