ve Unsurları, Dış Çevre Analizi, İşletme Analizi, Çevre Unsurlarının Ölçülmesi ve Durum Belirleme Matrisleri, Örgütsel Yönlendirme, Temel Yetenek Analizi, Uygulama Araçları Örnekleri, Temel Stratejiler ve
Alt Grupları, Üst Yönetim Stratejileri/Kurumsal Stratejiler, İş Yönetim Stratejileri/Rekabet Stratejileri, İşlevsel Stratejiler (Fonksiyonel/Bölümsel Stratejiler)

  1. Günümüz İşletmelerinde Stratejik Yönetim’in anlam ve önemini kavramak,
  2. Strateji ve Stratejik Yönetim ile ilgili kavramlarını tanımlamak,
  3. Stratejik Yönetim’in özelliklerini ve ilkelerini açıklamak,

 

 

Course Learning Outcomes

 

The students who will pass the Strategic Management Course MBA523 successfully, will be able to:

I.  Explain and discuss the foundational stages of Strategic Management Process,

       II. Determine the business environment opportunities and boundaries with examples,

  1. Identify the mission, vision and targets,
  2. Identify alternative strategies that could be developed in the different levels of the business and understand how they interact,
  3. Construe the conception of leadership and organizational structure that is required for the execution of the strategy
  4. Evaluate the results of strategic decisions and applications,
  5.  Discern that the strategic management is a creative process that encourages change and innovation in organizations.
