Course Description

This innovative course handles the leadership attitude as a critical element in being able to make an impact in business and personal life, and offers the opportunity to test the attitude of the student in each field. This course focuses on 'now and here' using the Gestalt perspective and provides a development-oriented approach for students at two levels: learning their leadership and assessing from an awareness perspective and developing an attitude that will impinge groups and systems. The main purpose of this course is to support students to create the attitude they need, to create the impact they want, and to present to them the tools they need in their leadership journeys.

 

Course Objectives

 

The objectives of the course is;

  • to learn the students the approach and the theory of the   leadership  attitude via  Gestalt Psychology, Zen Doctrine and Presence Discipline
  • to understand how  the  change at the level of individual,  relationship, team and system happens
  • to improve the awareness of the attitude and the impact of it
  • to use the coaching style and explore the possible areas it can be used and also to develop the necessary competencies and  to make use them to the necessary fields.

 

Course Learning Outcomes

 

At the end of this course, students will be able to apply the following behaviors:
I. Develop awareness about the leadership attitude and the self-generated impact
II. Understand how personal change and transformation take place and use it to support himself and others
III. Make the right assessment, gain awareness and adapt his behavior when they are inside
IV. Can use coaching as an organizational development tool
V. Can coach at individual and group level
