Course Description

This course aims to provide knowledge about fundamental principles and concepts of Turkish Business law. The methodology during offering this course is mainly based upon discussing/lecturing different topics of business law.

 

Course Objectives

 

  1. . Proving knowledge fundamental principles of Turkish Business law.

2. Explaining and discussing the fundamental institutions of Business law.

 

Course Learning Outcomes

 

At the end of this course the student will be able to

I. understand the relationship between world trade system and Turkish Business Law.

II. Obtain knowledge about fundamental institutions of Business law.

III. understand the basic concept of business law to even start a business
