Cabin services: basic concepts and functions, cabin services management and functions, technology, processes, crew responsibilities, getting ready the cabins, cleaning and controlling, materials and equipment, guest relations.

 

Course Objectives

 

Understating services supplied on yachts, crew responsibilities, guest satisfaction, law, environment and insurance.
