Course Description

Introduction to maritime commercial law, sources of maritime commercial law, definition of ship, ship registers, ship ownership, shipowner, crew, freight contracts, documents in maritime commercial law, carrier and responsibilities, passenger carriage, accidents at marine, search and rescue.

 

Course Objectives

 

Covering all institutions and concepts regarding national and international maritime commercial law
